We collect what you give us — your name, profile photo, the posts, reels, stories, likes and comments you create — plus what your device tells us while you use the app: language, approximate region, and how you browse (searches, follows, watches). We use this to run the app, keep it safe, and choose the content and ads you see.
Your exact location is only used when you say yes — for example when you ask the assistant for places near you or turn on location during onboarding. It is used in the moment to answer you and is never shared publicly or sold. You can withdraw permission anytime in your device settings; everything else in VietReach keeps working with your chosen city instead.
Business owners can claim their page after we verify they control it. A claimed, verified page is marked and shown first in search. Information on unclaimed pages comes from public sources and may be out of date — if a page is yours, claim it from the page itself to correct it.
When you first join, we ask for your interests, how you plan to use VietReach, and how you heard about us. This personalizes your home feed and assistant from day one. Push, location and install prompts are each optional and asked one at a time. You can change everything later under Settings → Personalize VietReach, and skipping never blocks the app.
