Account details you give us (name, email, profile photo), content you create (posts, reels, stories, likes, comments, listings), and usage signals (searches, follows, watches, language, approximate region from your IP). If you contact us, we keep that conversation. We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or device files without asking first.

To run VietReach (feeds, search, messaging, bookings), to keep the community safe (moderation, fraud prevention), to personalize content and ads, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers (hosting, media storage, maps, AI) process data only to provide their service to us.

Precise location is used only with your permission — for example when you ask the assistant for nearby places or enable location during onboarding. It is used in the moment to answer you, is not shared publicly, and is not stored as a history. You can withdraw permission anytime in your device settings; the rest of VietReach keeps working with your chosen city.

Sponsored placements are always labeled and never change search rankings. You can turn off personalized ads, edit the interests we inferred, clear your activity, or download your data anytime from Settings → Privacy & ads. With personalization off, ads are chosen only by city and language.

Owners can claim a business page after we verify control. Claimed pages are marked and ranked first. Unclaimed pages come from public sources and may be out of date; if a page is yours, claim it from the page itself to correct it.

New members are asked for interests, intended use, and referral source to personalize the home feed and assistant. Push notifications, location, and app install are each optional and asked one at a time. Everything can be changed later, and skipping never blocks the app.

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from public view and schedules the rest for deletion, except records we must keep by law (e.g. transaction records). Stories expire automatically after 24 hours.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time (Settings, or by contacting us). Florida and U.S. residents have additional rights under applicable state law; we honor verifiable requests regardless of state.

VietReach is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us to remove a child’s account.
